  7. This file contains the latest information available about iMagic
  8. Online.  The information in this readme file supplements standard
  9. game documentation, and updates only if necessary.

  11. GETTING STARTED
  12.  
  13. To play at iMagic Online and receive "5 Free Hours" of play, you 
  14. will need to follow these directions:
  15.  
  16. 1.To join the excitement of iMagic Online's games, you
  17.   must become a registered member.  You can do this by clicking on
  18.   "Install Online Software" (Head-to-Head play does not require
  19.   membership).
  20.  
  21. 2.Click on "Install Games Launcher." This will install the
  22.   iMagic Gateway on your computer. Registration is part of the 
  23.   Gateway's program; you will need to fill out the form completely
  24.   in order to become a member.
  25.  
  26. 3.Click on "Install WarBirds 2.0" This will install WarBirds 
  27.   on your computer.

  29. 4.To play WarBirds 2.0 over the Internet, go to:

  33.   Go to the WarBirds Page and click on "Play." Congratulations
  34.   pilot, you are now ready to play the most exciting online
  35.   flight sim ever created!
  36.  
  37.   NOTE: Depending on how your browser is configured, you may get a
  38.   box that asks you to either "run the program" or "save it to disk."
  39.   Select "run program" to start playing WarBirds.
  40.  
  41. To practice offline do the following:  Once WarBirds is installed
  42. on your machine, go to the start menu and select the iMagic 
  43. Online folder, and then to the WarBirds submenu.  Click on the WarBirds
  44. icon to start the game.  Once you see the main screen, click on
  45. "offline."  Select a plane and take your first test flight.
  46.  
  47. Head-to-head Free Internet play.  WarBirds has a substantial online
  48. help file. To learn more about head-to-head play as well as other
  49. parts of the game, do the following: Once WarBirds is installed
  50. onto your machine, go to the start menu and select the iMagic 
  51. Online folder and then the WarBirds subfolder. Click on the WarBirds
  52. icon to start the game. Once you see the main screen, click on
  53. "help."

  56. NOTE: The Gateway that you have installed onto your computer
  57.       is good for all of our games. To play other iMagic Online
  58.       games, simply go to the "downloads" area of iMagic Online
  59.       and get the front end software for the game you wish to play.
